International Eyes on Emerging Talent

International Connections

The International Talent Scout attending this event reflects ACG’s commitment to supporting dancers beyond performance.

Their role is to observe participants within a professional training environment and identify individuals who demonstrate a strong technical foundation, artistic potential, and readiness for future development opportunities.

Rather than focusing solely on current ability , the Talent Scout considers qualities such as musicality, work ethic, adaptability, stage presence, and long-term potential. This broader perspective allows dancers to be recognised based on potential and how they could progress with the right guidance and training.

This experience supports ACG’s goal of helping dancers gain visibility, receive informed direction, and better understand the training pathways that lead toward professional careers in ballet

Talent Scout Background

Our International Talent Scout brings a combination of high-level performance experience, professional insight, and strong European industry connections to ACG.

With elite classical training at the Vaganova Ballet Academy and a performance career that included soloist roles with the Mikhailovsky Theatre, their background is grounded in the standards of world-class ballet. Their repertoire includes leading works such as Romeo and Juliet, Le Corsaire, and La Bayadère.

Now working across talent identification and professional development in Europe, they bring valuable experience and industry relationships connected to Ballett Dortmund, Stuttgart Ballet, and the John Cranko School.

For ACG participants, this means more than visibility. It is the chance to be seen by someone who understands both artistic potential and the pathways that can help shape a professional future.
